Meghan was exceptional to work with. We spoke with a few Realtors and they wanted to list our house hundreds of thousands cheaper. Thr comps they brought us were not even close to the uniqueness of our home. When Meghan came to meet us she brought an entire presentation of what all is included when choosing her. She brought us comps that matched the type of house we were selling. She listened to us and gave us great recommendations on a few things we didn't need to update in our house to sell. She brought in a cleaner, photographer, had and open house a few days after hitting the market, and had us an offer the following day. Her knowledge far exceeds others in our area. I would highly recommend her.
